The University Libraries’ license with Gallup requires us to manage access to the microdata (individual response-level data). These data are to be used with statistical software, such as SPSS or Stata. Use Gallup Analytics summary data to generate tables and comparisons based on locations (country, state, etc.).
To start the process of requesting data, e-mail datahelp@gmu.edu. Describe the data set, topic(s), time period, and format (Stata or SPSS) you need. Once we receive your request, we will work with you to create a data extract based on your research question. If you’re not sure which data to use (summary, microdata) or have questions e-mail us for help.
